Health Monitor
UX concept design for job application

Medical records are used to capture all of the patient's information in a way that is easy and informative to use for clinicians. The interface must be able to collect, organize, analyze, and present patient information. This information must include current and past health conditions, use of tobacco and alcohol, immunizations and childhood diseases, and family history. An effective interface would allow a doctor to reduce the time needed to understand each patient, resulting in more patients treated overall.

Initial Design
Next Steps
This rapid prototype was based on my shallow impression of medical records. Next, I will do more in-depth research into current systems to understand what qualifies as efficient information architectures. I also want to understand more of what information is collected and how it is analyzed. After researching and creating a stylesheet, I will build on the low fidelity wireframe to show the functionality of other pages like the dashboard, messaging, calendar, support, notification, etc. Onboarding and login will need to be included before blocking out possible animation pages.
During the middle fidelity wireframe, I will research WCAG guidelines to understand what the A/B appearances should consist of. More specifically, I want to look into colors and fonts that are the easiest on the eyes and are the most legible. I also want to consider a setting for increased font size, summarized texts, and more visual information for those with vision impairments. Voice-to-text and vice versa would help those with hearing or mobility impairments while saving time on notetaking.
My favorite part will be animating all the components for the high fidelity and prototyping the mockup.
